What Does Delayed Period Along With Back Pain And Dizziness Indicate? 

I had some symptoms of pregnancy like lower back aches dizziness from getting up to quickly extreme thirst,etc. but then I started feeling very ache even more lighted and just exhausted really exhausted. Then I got my period, it came in like a regular a little light in color it lasted for a few hours just one pad then very light and slimed and stringy on and off. Also when initially got my period all my symptoms were stronger.

I have gone through your query, i will try to give you suggestion which will be helpful to you. 
Based on your symptoms I advise you to get urine pregnancy test done preferably early morning sample to rule out pregnancy. Sometimes even implantation bleeding may occur, which will be usually confused with regular periods.meanwhile take antispasmodic for pain relief.
